The ecb moves still in the market. Yesterday, the knee jerk reaction was a positive one. You saw markets up across the globe. By the enof the conversation, though, the ecb head mario draghi making comments that this might be the last that they needed to offer easing. You saw the markets go down before eventually finishing flat. This morning, doe up by 170 points, s p futures up by 20 and the nasdaq up by 52. In europe, you see big rallies there, too. Kimberly originally, when the lawless past, it was supposed to apply to every state. Governors took that to the Supreme Court and states could decide on their own if they want to extend medicaid. So far, 30 of them have done so. Those who have not, it is strange, but those were not extended it are also concerned about what is going to cost them. The federal government is supporting expansion of medicaid for a few years, but then states will have to pick up 10 of the cost. Concerned because states have already cut back education, infrastructure, public safety, in order to fund medicaid. Will it be another mandated expense . That is one of the reasons why they are picking not picking it up . Statesy i do not see taking away health care for the poorest americans once they have provided it. First we are going to look outside with ava and i could barely see this morning. It is so foggy out there, especially in lowlying spots where you really have to watch this morning. I already saw a minor accident on the road on my way to work. Just take it easy because theres light drizzle across the area and people dont expect the roads to be slick but it takes a little bit of rain to get the roads slippery. If you plan to travel, there will be dense areas of fog to worry about. Temperatures hovering around 50 degrees, 49 at b. W. I. Marshall. The dew point at 49, as well, so a relative humidity at 100 , spelling trouble for fog, and even some drizzle. A chance of showers throughout the day as a cold front is in and around the area. Still a lot of fog around the bay heading east. Baltimore city is clearing out thanks to the rain. Thats been helping to push fog out but rain is still an issue right now. Rain showers anywhere from North Baltimore all the way east along 95. Even where the radar doesnt look like rain, there is light drizzle reported so a dreary start to sunday. Scattered showers possible throughout the day but especially through the Morning Hours.
