Right now as to what happenediowa state troopers say around 12 30 pm tuesday 14 year old Bryneisha Watkins with an instructional permit driving with mother sabrina and her two sisters 13 year old natasha and 11 year old nataija attempted to pass a semi heading west along i80 near newton, lost control sending the vehicle into the north ditch where both nataija and natasha were ejected. Under iowa law you can be 14 years old as long as you have an instructional permit and you have a Family Member over the age of 21. Iowa law also states a permittee shall not operate a Motor Vehicle if the number of passengers exceeds the number of safety belts which the family fell in line with. Breaking news in the alexandria section of Fairfax County. Police are still on the shooting that happened shortly after 8 30 this morning. Police believes it stems from a burglary attempt at this home on le noer lane. The gun involved belongs to a resident of the home. Police say they now have that weapon. The man who was shot ran from the house where he tried to get on a bus. A Police Officer responding to the burglary calls spotted the blood and stopped the man from boarding that bus.
