It has the distinction of having presented in all of the three south castro memorial conferences. We should give him a special badge for that. Mr. Montejano, it is an honor to have it for our key speaker. He is professor of ethnic studies at uc berkeley he has also chair the center for research on social change. Prior to teaching at berkeley, was an associate professor at the university of test in austin. His major areas of research have been comparative history, race and relations.
