Four people are dead tonight after one of the worst fishing disasters in the bay area in recent memory. It started on a fishing boat and ended with a wave turning the boat over and throwing the people into the chilly ocean waters. This was just before 10 00 this morning. When emergency crews arrived, three men and a woman were in the water. They pulled four unresponsive persons out of the water and identified one person that was responsive.
