Would be appropriate for me to talk about how to convince voters to do one thing or another. To clarify the at least the current proposed use of the additional general Fund Revenues that increase in the vehicle license fee would create would be the majority would be for street resurfacing. The balance would be for improving muni and improving bike and Pedestrian Safety.
