Submitted. I guess, and i would like to ask a question of our City Attorney, and i know that this has come up once before. But i wonder if the City Attorney has a position in regard to mr. Johnsons argument that the local ordinance conflicts with the state law. Well, the board of appeals is not a lawmaking body of the city. And we must follow the law of the city and so we are bound to apply to the ordinance and now that it is effective and i dont think that we have a choice in that regard. Okay.
