A man learned his fate for exposing himself to women. Devin parker was found guilty today and sentenced to 12 months, but he will only serve two. The rest is suspended. The gloucester Sherriffs Office says parker went up to three different women in the walmart parking lot on walton directions. Deputies say thats when he exposed himself.
