Before, okay . I would wager in the history of Public Transportation in this nation, you never had a challenge of disinfecting every train, every 24 hours. Disinfect, how do you even disinfect a train . You know, we clean trains. But how do you disinfect . This is a whole new process. These are new chemicals. These are this is new equipment for workers. Its new methods. Just think about it, you have to disinfect every place that a hand could touch on a subway car. Every rail, every pole, every door, wherever a hand could touch or coughing and sneezing, wherever droplets could land, right .
