With just a wave of a hand, Brain Surgeons can get some help in the opeting room. Thats all thanks a pair of university of iowa undergraduate students. Live in the newsroom this morning. Forrest, what did these students do to help surgeons . They built a robot. Three ui students coded and assembled the thing for a senior project. Take a look. Currently, doctors often use microscopes to do brain surgery. They have to spend up to ten hours looking into the device, often hunched over. The robot replaces all that.
