The former Navy senior chief culinary specialist served in the military-staffed White House cafeteria before Trump promoted him to the role of personal valet.
The valet, Walt Nauta, could not be arraigned after he was unable to find a Florida attorney and could not make it to court
Nauta was stuck at Newark Airport for eight hours on Monday where numerous flights were delayed because of weather, according to his lawyer.
Walt Nauta's arraignment will now be July 6 after his flight was canceled due to severe weather.
Walt Nauta, a valet for Donald Trump, had a scheduled arraignment postponed on Tuesday. He is alleged to have helped the former U.S. president hide classified documents that the Justice Department wanted back.
