Streets you can see the back window of this van has been shattered. Im told that an officer from the 39th Police District fired several shots at a us suspect at a second location. Its believed that officer shot the arm suspect at least one time. The officers were initially call out to 17th for a shooting there they found a mini van that had been shot out by as many as 15 bullets at around 7 30. That same van also crashed into utility pole.
