I took the chairmanship in october 2010. The summary of the title is the federal government must stop sitting on its assets. We have taken on gsa and some of the billons buildings that have sat vacant. They continue the effort to get empty buildings filled. The report also talks about the northeast corridor, one of the most valuable assets in the entire world. It is an asset we are sitting on.
