Innocence of a fouryearold child. Reporter about two hours later in the cold night air the child largely unclothed was discovered walking out of banning park some 8 miles away in wilmington by a passerby who called police. The child was examined at the hospital and then turned over to her parents. Police continue top scour ban to scour banning park looking for clues. She was observed walking from the tree line of the park area so yes, she was coming from the park.
