78-year-old Carl Ray Dyball of Fairfield, died on Friday afternoon, February 12 at Aperion Care in Fairfield. Carl was born in Fairfield on August 4, 1942 to Robert and Bessie (Rush) Dyball. Carl was disabled and back then there were very few options for any kind of education, so his mother started a school for children like Carl until the public school systems developed special education classes.
