They probably should not be on the sidewalk to begin with. You really have to have a uniform procedure for moving vehicles on the sidewalk. You would not allow cars on the sidewalk. He would not allow motorcycles on the sidewalk, that is for sure. We need to have a uniform safety code, so the pedestrians can be protected. That is a an agenda agenda for walk San Francisco.
