president cuts across every different part of this indictment with its 41 counts. his 18 codefendants. that's part of it. he can afford a greater amount. there is supposed to be an incentive with these bonds for the defendant not to run. i think it is unlikely that the former president willfully to a jurisdiction that has no extradition with the united states but to evan's point, they are trying to apply the same factors as they apply elsewhere. i do think though, as shan notes, that when he gets there on thursday, which is likely, we know that because he wants to melt the ratings. this is the good for him in the short term. personally i think it is a sugar high. it's good to be hurtful in the long-term and thursday is a much better media day for him but when he gets there, you will see special treatment a little different than others. maybe no handcuffs. maybe some of the other conditions. >> we might actually see a mug
