Hurricane irma, one of the strongest storms ever recorded in the atlantic, is barreling across the Eastern Caribbean with devastating force. At least ten people have died and hundreds of buildings have been flattened or flooded. Deaths have been reported in the us and British Virgin islands, and the island of anguilla. The islands of barbuda and st martin were the first to feel the full force of the winds and storm surge followed by puerto rico.
