But when island so traffic coming into San Francisco now is being impacted quite substantially. But at the peak of this fire, this is what it looked before firefighters arrived on scene now. Now at 11 San Jose Police responding to an active shooter this afternoon. That man now in the hospital with lifethreatening injuries. Good evening and thanks for joining us for kron. 4 news at 11. Im dan thorn that developing news in the south bay tonight as San Jose Police responded to a man who was shooting a gun. This happened on kolmar drive just after 4 oclock this afternoon in front of the k and k apartments which is close to the ryen steam academy, which is an elementary school. The person shooting the gun was taken to a hospital with lifethreatening injuries after getting shot by a police officer. Were told no officers were hit by gunfire and a gun was recovered at the scene. Police say theyre going to be there for several more hours as they continue their investigation. The sentencing hearing for david de pap the man who attacked Nancy Pelosis husband has been reopened.
