Regiments have arrived in harrisburg. The eighth and 71st new York State National guard, put them on cvrr trains, and they head south to shippensburg. With chambersburg cut off, shippensburg is the new Central Organization point for the Pennsylvania State militia. You obviously cant get to chambersburg because it is south of the bridge at scotland which is no longer in existence.
