At least 200,000 families live in homes that have a lack of sewage system altogether. We offer little assistance to people who live in unincorporated areas to have basic water and sewer. Rural communities across this country struggle with this issue. But its a larger issue than just the farmers. Without Crop Insurance, without that protection, those farmers may lose those farms. That means we dont have a food supply that we can count on. That means that the world doesnt have the food that they need to feed the hungry.
