I have a question on slide 15 about the Workforce Development do you know how many individuals with going into construction because this is a challenge. Ill bring up family citibuild ken to answer that question. Good afternoon, commissioners ken citibuild manager before i begin i want to acknowledge one of the officers that works on ocii projects so for that citibuild this is our 26 cycle we have 85 percent Graduation Rate and allocate 85 graduates get into construction and as mr. Lee mentions our cycles are 3 and the sponsor from ocii and a lot of post Workers Development we receive funding from the chase center to add in special training kindly this year well have 4 cycles for the specific training and one the challenges in the workforce are specific trades for example, type 1 iron work and engineering and ....
