A 14yearold cedar rapids teen plans to plead guilty to voluntary manslaughter today. Authorities say he shot and killed another teen after their two rival groups threatened each otheheon social media andd over text message. Police say robert humbles killed 15yearold Aaron Richardson. Humbles also plans to plead guilty on twtwother charges. Altogether he faces 25 years in prison. He would be in a juvenile facility until he turns 18. A judge would then decide whether to lease him or make him serve the rest of his prison sentence. On september 6th, two rival groups met near redmond park. Court documents show humbles fired his gun and hit Aaron Richardson in the abdomen. Richards then ran to a house in the 300 block of 16th street soututast.
