Others will patrol the hudson river, boats capable of detecting radiation. More officers will watch from overhead in specially equipped helicopters. James is head of the nypd counterterrorism unit. Helicopters have many capabilities, able to do a survey with radiological detection equipment. They also have cameras theyre able to see basically the dimple on someones chin from 1300 or 1400 feet in the air.
