They each took 16 threesecond puffs of ecigarette liquid without nicotine. What they found was that it temporarily damaged that persons blood vessels. This is the artery before the ecigarette, and this is the artery after. After vaping the blood flowed slowly, in some cases the effects lasted for minutes. Researchers are calling for more review to see if this behavior, repeated enough over time, could possibly have lasting effects down the road.
