The man wanted in a hitandrun crash in Castro Valley is in custody. Good afternoon, everyone. Im frank mallicoat. Im michelle griego. Chp believes 29yearold Daniel Morris was the driver of a stolen black ford fusion that struck a boy as he was walking with his grandmother and brother last monday. Officers say morris kept going, crashed a car into a pole and ran off. The 6yearold boy was left with injuries so severe he may lose his legs. More coming up at 5 00.
