many states will. at least half a dozen already are, as of yesterday. now the rule has been overturned, 26 states are certainly to ban abortion in the coming days and months according to the institute. it advocates for reproductive rights. they have so-called trigger bans on the books. they are laws designed to automatically ban abortion if roe were to be overturned. officials and seven of those states, missouri, south dakota, louisiana, kentucky, oklahoma, utah, and arkansas, have already activated these bands. chief justice john roberts was the only conservative justice that disagreed with the court s decision. he disagreed. he ruled in favor of upholding mississippi s 50-week abortion ban. roberts did not vote to overturn roe entirely. however, all three justices appointed by the now twice impeached president now voted to overturn. roe nancy pelosi singled him out in her remarks yesterday. take a listen. how about those justices coming before the senators and sayin ....

on this map before you eased it. the 26 states that are highlighted in red here are the states that have already banned abortion or are likely to ban it very soon. this does not tell the complete story of the legal battles and complications happening on the ground right now. all of these 26 states where abortion rights are over or about to be over. as of today, you cannot access an abortion in just these nine states that are in the deeper red. total abortion bans enough fully in effect and six of these nine states. the other three, arizona, wisconsin, and west virginia, the laws remain unclear. they pose enough of a legal risk that people have stopped offering abortion care entirely. there s no abortion services whatsoever at any point. in the states alone, they re 14 and a half million women of reproductive age who no longer have any access to abortion services within their state if they need it. we can see the number the states in the south. you cannot get an abortion ....

three numbers that health experts hope everyone remembers. we begin today s show with a disturbing accusation against the very people who actually charged with protecting our cop leaders. the secret service is accused of leading text messages from january 5th and sixth after they were asked to turn them over to the government inspector general. they sent a letter to both the house and homeland security committees this week to sound the alarm. he says that after his office requested full electronic records for an evaluation of the capitol attack, the secret service permanently erased a significant number of text messages from that exact time period. nbc obtained this copy of the letter. a spokesperson for the secret service denies that any messages were maliciously a raised. in a statement he wrote in january 2021 before any s inspection was opened on the subject, the secret service began to reset its mobile phones to factory settings as part of a planned system migratio ....
