Exacting. Houston officials are keeping a close eye on a Chemical Plant that was rocked by explosions and fires this morning releasing a plume of acid smoke. The plants owners are warning more explosions could follow. A major pipeline that carries gasoline to the south is expected to remain shut till sunday. Gas futures up 24. 5 in the last eight days. Meanwhile, harvey also hitting folks at the pump. Regular gas is up 10 cents the past week. Theres a delay between the effect at the pump and the futures market.
