JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - Improvements are coming to one highway in Craighead County in the next two to four weeks.
The Arkansas State Highway Commission awarded a $1,477,084.53 contract to Atlas Asphalt, Inc. of Batesville to resurface Highway 91 between Highway 349 and Highway 49 in Jonesboro.
The 8.1-mile project is expected to be completed in early 2021.
