We now confirm a man shot ten people in that theater and then killed himself. At least one of the victims is dead, and three others are in critical condition. Take a look. Some of the witnesses say this was at the back, that he stood up and started shooting down. Now police are telling us they do know who the shooter is but all theyre saying is he is a 58yearold man, a white man. But theyre not giving out his identity. Although, again, they do know who he is. Right now the fbi and atf are on the scene. They are been sweeping the building and the parking lot for explosives. Right now there is no evidence of that. But remember ....
