In prosecutors dropped four other charges against beam. On december 16th, 2014 Authorities Say beam and eric franco were drinking at a house in mapleton. They say the men began to wrestle and choke one another when beam got angry. Thats when they say beam shot franco in the head with a 44 magnum....
