According to the District Attorneys Office this is not the first time a neighbor has pulled a gun on his next door neighbor. This time, however, it ended up with one man dead and another behind bars. I heard at least one maybe two gunshots. Reporter it was about 1 00 e time jack made his way to the door of his home in the 300 block of box helder drive in west goshen he knew something was terribly wrong.
