According to the District Attorneys Office this is not the first time a neighbor has pulled a gun on his next door neighbor. This time, however, it ended up with one man dead and another behind bars. I heard at least one maybe two gunshots. Reporter it was about 1 00 e time jack made his way to the door of his home in the 300 block of box helder drive in west goshen he knew something was terribly wrong. Probably five or six police cars, an ambulance, um, the whole street was lit up. Reporter just two doors down, his 51yearold neighbor brooks jennings lay dead in his yard. Police say his neighbor Clayton Carter who he had a long standing dispute with shot and killed him following another argument between the two men.
