Philadelphia were noticing breaks. Were expecting mixed skies as the day progresses, 5 00, 6 00 p. M. Theres a threat of a couple of thunderstorms. The high is 90 it will feel like 95 with humidity, and well have experience strong storms. Im have that in just a bit. Heres our developing story out of lower merion, montgomery county. Police say a home on the 200 block of Edge Hill Road was broken into at 4 00 a. M. The two men in the home were struck several times with the hammer.
