STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — The steady whir a commercial ice cream maker fills the air in Jessi Watson has turned his attention and is using his talent, to create ice cream for Yampa valley Ice Cream Co. Watson, who graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in aerospace engineering, could not escape his passion for being in the kitchen.
