Three water slides at a dublin water park where a boy narrowly escapes serious injury will be closed to the public but open to engineers and Safety Experts tomorrow who will try to figure out what went wrong. Involved shooting in san jose this year all dealing with mentally ill suspect. The suspect today was armed with an ax. Police encountered that man just after 12 30. Thats where we find our anchor tonight to tell us the suspect had trouble past. Reporter police are not identifying the suspect, they did say he had a rap sheet that included violence, weapons, and drug charges. Where the shooting occurred the residence tells us they are not surprise given the building has had its share of problems. Downtown josi san jose on sunday. Mina russell heard at least 4 shots.
