Rosemary, i did not expect to be saying this but it is summertime in fall. We are looking at temperatures right now, 711 degrees in philadelph philadelphia. Were at 69 at the Atlantic City marina. Wilmington youre at 67. Allentown at 62. If you have that perfect outfit, break out the tank tops and shorts. Those temperatures are going to rise into the upper 80s and low 90s in some areas. 90s. Radar and satellite view. Part of the reason why that pressure building, a bubble that doesnt let any rain move in. Were not looking at any showers moving through. Were just tracking temperatures. Were at 77 degrees right now in philadelphia. 77. That is two degrees warmer than the typical high this of year. And we have not even made it to the afternoon yet. Were at 75 in coatesville. It is destroyed. They are still on the scene at this point putting out the hot spots on that threestory apartment complex. Were told it has 30 units, 37 people lived there. Now, the red cross is on scene to help those who have been displaced by this fire. I just spoke with the red cross director just a few moments ago and she tells me that some 37 people are without a home. However, many of them are being picked up by family and taken home. They are now working to provide some food and possible shelter for those that remain. So, back out here live on the scene, we are still working to gather more details about this fire but once again, some 37 people displaced, four people injured including two Police Officers. Gunshot wound to the head. Reporter over months after the murder of 64yearold Michael Mcnew bucks County District attorney announced an arrest in this case. Investigators charged 33yearold Jennifer Lynn morrissey with criminal homicide burglary and other charges. Not always mediate when you can catch a killer and in this instance it took a lot of cooperation, collaboration and just good Old Fashioned detective work. Reporter mcnew was found shot to death inside of his home along the Delaware River in Washington Crossing august 8th. The District Attorney confirms mcnew and morrissey lived together since the beginning of january of 2015. According to court documents, he wanted her out of the house and that likely fueled her anger and led to the shooting. News of the murder rattled this close knit community. Many describe mcnew as a nice man that never bothered anyone. I was stunned shocked to say the least. I know mike, you know, from being a neighbor and everything. Reporter police say
