Live in baltimore. Reporter this is very much an active scene here in the penn north area. You can see the police have reestablished a line here. This was open to morning traffic throughout the morning. But you can see a large number of people have also gathered in this area. Well move around to show the large crowd. A lot of media obviously here. A lot of people who came out to clean up are here as well with brooms and trash bags. Theyve done a really great job of cleaning up this particular intersection.
