Is such a shock. Reporter we spoke to police here at headquarters, they told me it all started with a 911 call from the parents of the teenage victim. The Contra Costa County Coroners Office has identified the 19yearold murder victim as Claire Horton of walnut creek. Seen here on her Facebook Page and the man who killed her is 21yearold scott burtex of lafayette. The two had previously been in a relationship but couldnt say how long ago only that it was not recent. And this one caught everybody off guard. Were talking about two good supportive families.
