years ago, if you watch what the fbi did, jess, with state local law enforcement. they've actually pick up more of these types of individuals. but i don't think it really reaches the level to what you're going to catch all of them. and i can tell you, the online communities that i see, there are just numerous types of threats like this. i think there are two things that really make it difficult for law enforcement, in terms of catching individuals like this. first, there has to be an online signature that is not anonymous. so a lot of these accounts, even if you see hate speech, if you see violent rhetoric, you don't know who it is. so it's very hard to trace back. and, part of this is because of the online communities that have splintered too many different social media platforms now. ten or 12 years ago, we were looking at al-qaeda, ices, even moving into white supremacists, we were talking to one or two platforms. now, you might be talking about a dozen. i think the other part of it is the ability to acquire firearms. there's two parts of this, right. the frequency that we see this happen, and the impact of each of these incidents. look at this gentleman tonight. he has the standard kit, as we
