The term “fringe festival” might evoke thoughts of Edinburgh, the Scottish home to perhaps the most well-known festival by that name, responsible for shows like Fleabag, Six, and even Sir Tom Stoppard’s masterpiece Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead.
