supplies not en route from the u.s. to haiti. haitian authorities estimate as many as 1 million people are now homeless. today's the survival window continues to close we got new word this morning of two new rescues. two people, a man and a teen, rescued alive from the rubble of a grocery store after well over 100 hours trapped. right now there are 26 international search and rescue teams on the ground. by one estimate, american teams have rescued more than two dozen people. but the situation in haiti's hospitals remains dire. no power, few antibiotics and no blood supply to speak ...
