Thats something we have not seen since the end of 1999 before the dot com bubble burst. The bulls are looking to close the books on a successful first half of the year. The s p 500 is up more than 6 this year following a jump of 30 in 2013. If the market closed the year at current levels, 2014 would be the best threeyear run for stocks since the 1997 to 1999 period of time. Its weird...
