Officer lee, are you with us . Definitely impacted at this point. Northbound traffic on 680 is being diverted at capital expressway and southbound 680 traffic is being diverted at mckie. There is no estimated time of opening the lanes at this point pending resolution on the overcrossing. Do you have any sense, officer, how long that is going to take or what they are doing to try to talk this woman off the edge of the overpass . I do not, actually. I have no details on where negotiations stand with her at this point or if its looking like its going to be something that will resolve itself quick...
