The flooding. Cars were damaged. We were just told that at least a halfdozen homes were flooded as well. We went inside one such home and talked with an elderly couple. They showed us 34 feet of water sitting in their basement. It is unclear what caused the water line to rupture enablers neighbors are telling us it is happened before 2 other times. There was a tremendous amount of water flowing down the hill. We had over 3 feet of water on our street flowing like a river. We called 911 3 times and it took them 30 minutes to arrive. As you can see its on a hill. Crews are trying to but there a broken water pipe. Is probably 10 feet long and six feet wide. This broken water main sent water and mud gushing down the street and into homes. At the cell phone video from a neighbor shows the river of water rushing down montana street. It happened at about 8 00 this morning. The 16 inch in diameter water main ruptured and created a huge sinkhole. Two neighbors ended up inside it.
