President ial election in which folks are voting in more than 40 states, millions of votes have already been cast, and just a week after that election, the Supreme Court is going to hear a case that could take away Health Care Protections for more than half of all americans. This is not an abstract, academic argument, this is one that will have reallife consequences. Destroying the essential protections of the Affordable Care act which was enacted just more than a decade ago would majorityal impact on a of all americans. It prevents Insurance Companies from discriminating against the more than 100 million americans with preexisting conditions like diabetes or heart disease.
