2010, there was a lot of uncertainty because of the actions that were taken to check iand the Business Community woud have preferred respect to energy regulation. We tried to convey the message of positive certainty i dont think people thought we were out of it in reality. You want the kind of Dynamic Growth youre expecting you have to do some positive things and give certainty youre not going to hurt them.
