Snowfall rates of 1 inch per hour are possible through 7 pm. Winds will be strong from the northeast at 20 to 25 mph and gusts up to 35 mph. This may lead to near whiteout and blizzard conditions at times. Its been more than a month since 21yearold westbrook was gunned down in front of her home and family members are speaking out and offering a reward for more information.
