kleefisch. the cameras were kidding kicked out and they presumably they got down to business. the governor has been talking a lot about mending fences here in wisconsin. that's why he arrived at the discussion of the beer and bratwurst summit to which democrats are invited. they have a lot of wounds that have got to be healed and they want to do it wisconsin style. >> shepard: any word on the lady to slapped the challenger milwaukee mayor barrett. >> she seemed to ask permission first. she said will i be arrested if i slap you? then she popped the mayor right on the left side of his face. she seemed to be upset because he conceded the race before all of the votes had been counted in milwaukee. that woman was escorted out of the police by police. they know her identity but they are not releasing it because mayor barrett elected not to press charges, shep? >> shepard: that's something else. mike tobin live in beautiful madison. another defeat for unions in two california cities. voters in san diego and san jose overwhelmingly supported ballot initiatives to cut retirement benefits for city workers.
