Couldnt get the full accounting accounting. The 300 billion doesnt include come under budget how much is going into that basic research to find the basis for the major Mental Illness . Roughly 50 spirit what is your total budget . 1. 45. 12 are going to hiv. By the way, my state has ever had per capita incidence of hiv and my Patient Population a disproportionate number of hiv. I am absolutely where of the nature of the issue of hiv but it does seem, if we have too few dollars going to the Brain Initiative and youve got roughly 800 million going to something that basic research or something which is costing us at least 300 billion, probably far more, as important as the it seems like we should be throwing everything we have an understanding that basic sort of science regarding that. The 12 where does that come from ....

Okay. You projected what you thought might be the most likely Coalition Government which could come in 2024. But i didnt understand clearly who the participants were. There are essentially four players in the political space at the moment. Theres the African National congress which has about 40 of the vote of potential vote, 60 of the actual vote. Theyre player number one. The Second Player is the largely liberal or classically liberal these things arent always clear opposition in south africa. And theyre sitting at about lets talk about the actual vote anc has about 60 liberal opposition sitting around 25 or so. And the marxist left is sitting at about 7 and a few other rats and mice parties. The likely coalition for me is that the anc loses its absolute majority, so it loses another 10 or 11

You just did i am wondering what is the reverse immigration especially of skilled people and when taking capital with them . We are aware of a significant skills outflow. You dont see that in official population statistics but it becomes clear when you look at the age structure of the middle class. Theres obviously a big gap. Looks like an hour glass. Big gap in the middle. That hour glass image is reflected again in South Africans that would be the children of middle class parents, who are not being born in the country any more. These are moving unless the middle class stop having children completely, those children are born overseas. I think we have seen that. The Global Financial crisis put the brakes on we warned it is a pattern that will resume if domestic policy in the country remains hostile. Much of the middle class as the graphics indicate if racial national sent me ....

I dont think if it was, i would have said so. I think as pressure is brought to bear on that group, we will increasingly seek to leave. Our estimates that are half of south africas white middle classes have Foreign Residents rights if they choose to exercise those rights. You say why are we there. Every individual will have to talk for themselves, but certainly i think my colleagues and many others want it to be a success and want to be an influence in allowing it to be successful because while its turning against us, those upside scenarios remain within reach for south africa and were not going to die wondering what would have happened had we as a think tank not committed every resource we possibly had to reform. If its going to go down then its going to go down in a fact. And unfortunately the trends are starting to turn against us. The gentleman im pointing at. Thank you. Im piter justin, the ceo of a

You this exchange illustrates the issues the task force struggled with and the reason they focused on these concrete recommendations for example calling on cms, the model, not to scale hennepin to model hennepinlike examples so that we can in a deliberate fashion uncover this Common Element that needs to be there and the models that can be tested and proved. We can scale in a way it is almost as if hennepin is priming the pump, giving us a little bit of an example. What are the mechanisms and tools that we have for access like, for example, innovation grant awards, etc. , that can help us responsibly understand the attributes of a new model moving forward . I want to get to our audience questions. If anybody has a burning additional comment about the conversation we have been having yes. Only to mention that in passing that a previous study we put out a year ago called training doctors were preventionoriented care, we havent talke ....
