2 30 a. M. Drivers see a man walking and running across the lanes. Investigators say when chp officers confronted the man, he came at them with a knife. Thats when one of the chp officers shot the unidentified suspect on the northbound lanes. Ultimately the suspect produced a knife, held it over his head, and lunged toward one of our officers.
